About the Teacher
ISKCON Bhagavat Mahavidyalaya aims to provide a facility for its members to study, practice, and disseminate the teachings of Srimad Bhagavatam, along with the writings of the Gaudiya Vaisnava acaryas and the branches of Vedic philosophy, culture, music and science in the context of Srila Prabhupada’s teachings.
ISKCON Bhagavat Mahavidyalaya has been inspired by the service and efforts of His Grace Gopiparanadhana Prabhu and His Holiness Gaur Krishna Gosvami Maharaja. Their dedication toward the study and the dissemination of the teachings of Srimad Bhagavatam is the torchlight guiding us forward to serve this mission.

Course Description:
The Vedic tradition is a rich source of profound philosophical insights that have enriched the spiritual heritage of humanity for centuries. Among its treasures, the Bhagavad-gita has stood as an enduring guide for spiritual seekers across millennia. This self-paced course is designed to delve deep into the timeless wisdom encapsulated in the "Bhagavad-gita As It Is" by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, the esteemed Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. This English rendition of the Gita is widely regarded and serves as our primary study material.
During this course, participants will embark on a journey through the philosophical teachings presented in the eighteen chapters of the Bhagavad-gita. They will gain insights into the structural coherence within each chapter and the profound interconnections between them. Moreover, we will engage in meaningful discussions addressing contemporary challenges and concerns, drawing inspiration and solutions from the profound wisdom of the Bhagavad-gita.
