01. LEADERSHIP & SERVICE
HG Rishi Kumara Prabhuji is a senior ISKCON leader, teacher, and travelling preacher. He serves as the Zonal Supervisor and Regional Secretary Assistant for the Greater Delhi Region, helping guide ISKCON centres, leaders, and preaching activities across the region. He is also a Trustee in the Annamrita Foundation and the Co-Director of ISKCON Resolve Bharat.
02. PROFESSIONAL & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
An MBA with 13 years of corporate experience at The Hindustan Times and The Indian Express, he has served ISKCON for the past 26 years. He secured the highest position globally at the GBC College for Spiritual Leadership. As a faculty member in Bhagavata Mahavidyalaya, he teaches Shastric courses.
03. PREACHING & RESIDENCE
Apart from preaching throughout India, he regularly travels to Latin America, Central Asia, Mauritius, etc., to share spiritual knowledge and to guide devotees. He is a monk and disciple of His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaja, residing at ISKCON Delhi.

Course Description:
This Teacher Training Course is designed for devotees interested in advancing their skills in Krishna conscious education. It offers a comprehensive exploration of teaching methodologies, including the effective use of resources, proper delineation of aims and objectives, and the development of lesson outlines and plans. Participants will also gain proficiency in giving oral feedback for assessment, employing diverse interactive teaching and preaching styles, and mastering the art of empathic listening.
The course emphasizes experiential learning and reflects on both positive and negative learning experiences to foster a deep understanding of educational principles within the context of Krishna consciousness.
